Together Hub LLC Loyalty Program Terms of Use
(August 2026)
Together Hub LLC Loyalty Program Terms of Use
Last Revised: August 18,2026
Program: Together Hub Loyalty Program Award
Points: Together Hub Points
These Loyalty Program Terms supplement the Together Hub LLC Terms of Use dated February 2025. If the documents conflict, the provision that gives customers the greater protection required by applicable law controls.
1. Program operator and acceptance
Together Hub LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, operates the Together Hub Loyalty Program through https://www.togetherhub.us.
By joining, earning, receiving, or redeeming Together Hub Points, you agree to these terms, the Together Hub Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Content Terms.
In short: These rules govern the loyalty program and work alongside Together Hub’s other policies.
2. Eligibility
Customers worldwide may participate if permitted by the laws and age requirements of their country or region. Under-18 participants must satisfy any parental-consent or age requirements that apply where they live and for the specific product, service, booking, event, or program.
Together Hub may limit participation where required by law, payment-provider rules, product restrictions, or safety requirements.
In short: Eligibility depends on the customer’s location, age, and the offering being purchased.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your Together Hub account secure. Loyalty participation is intended for the individual associated with the account. You may not create duplicate accounts, share credentials, manipulate transactions, or transfer points without authorization.
Together Hub may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, duplicate participation, or violation of these terms.
In short: Use one accurate account and protect your login information.
4. How points are earned
When the program is active, points may be awarded for approved activities, including:
-
Store purchases
-
Event-ticket purchases
-
Event RSVPs
-
Online-program purchases
-
Program or course completion
-
Pricing-plan purchases
-
Eligible bookings or services
-
Group posts or comments
-
Approved social-media actions
-
Other activities displayed in the loyalty program
The applicable activity, point amount, conversion rate, eligibility rules, and limits will be shown in the program or related offer.
Together Hub may change, deactivate, or remove earning methods. No points are earned while the program is paused.
In short: Points come only from approved activities while the program is active.
5. Currency conversion and eligible value
Together Hub’s base currency is USD. Customers may view or pay in supported currencies through available payment providers.
Points are currency-neutral. For eligible purchases, Together Hub intends to calculate points using the eligible transaction value converted to the USD base currency, rather than awarding one point for each unit of a customer’s local currency.
Points are calculated before taxes and other fees. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, points are not awarded on:
-
Sales or other taxes
-
Shipping and delivery charges
-
Payment-processing fees
-
Currency-conversion or cross-border fees
-
Tips
-
Gift-card value
-
Donations
-
Refunded, canceled, reversed, or charged-back amounts
-
Amounts excluded by the applicable offer
Discounts reduce the amount eligible for points. Points are rounded down to whole points unless the offer states another rule.
In short: Changing checkout currency should not change the loyalty value of an eligible purchase.
6. Rewards
The currently configured rewards are:
-
5% off one Store item: 1,000 points
-
10% off tickets: 2,500 points
-
10% off courses: 1,500 points
These rewards are currently inactive because the program is paused. When active, rewards may have additional product, event, date, quantity, coupon, or combination restrictions.
Together Hub may change reward values, point costs, availability, expiration, eligible offerings, or redemption conditions.
In short: Rewards are available only when active and subject to the conditions shown when claimed.
7. Redemption
You may redeem points only through the available Together Hub redemption process. A redemption may produce a coupon or other reward.
Points used for a reward are deducted when the redemption is completed. Unless required by law or expressly stated, redeemed points are not restored merely because the reward is not used.
Rewards may not be combined with other discounts unless the applicable reward allows it.
In short: Review the reward conditions before redeeming because redemptions may not be reversible.
8. Refunds, cancellations, and corrections
Points connected to a refunded, canceled, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back transaction may be removed or adjusted. Partial refunds may result in a partial adjustment.
Together Hub may correct points awarded in error, duplicated, manipulated, or improperly calculated.
Customer purchase refunds follow the Together Hub Terms of Use and Return Policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
In short: Reversed transactions can reverse the related points.
9. Physical goods and delivery
Together Hub may use third-party suppliers or drop-shipping providers to deliver products to China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, France, Germany, and other locations where delivery is available.
Delivery, taxes, customs, duties, availability, and shipping charges depend on the destination, supplier, product, payment provider, and checkout information. The applicable details are shown during purchase where available.
Returns for eligible undamaged products fulfilled by Together Hub LLC require written approval first. The product must generally be returned within 10 days after receipt with its accessories, packaging, and original or gift receipt.
Customized items, food, consumables, clothing, memberships, donations, gift cards, opened items, and event tickets are generally not eligible for voluntary returns. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory warranty rights are not removed by this policy.
In short: Shipping and voluntary returns depend on the product and destination, but mandatory consumer protections still apply.
10. Digital products
For digital products, any legally required cancellation or withdrawal rights apply. Where the law permits a withdrawal right to end when access, download, or streaming begins, Together Hub will obtain the required express consent and acknowledgment through the applicable purchase process.
In short: Digital-access rules depend on the customer’s location and the consent collected at purchase.
11. Bookings, services, classes, and educational events
Payment is required at booking unless the checkout states otherwise. Cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, and age requirements depend on the specific service, booking, speaker, event, or program.
For a dated class, workshop, meeting, webinar, or leisure event, applicable law may limit cancellation rights. Customers should review the specific booking terms before payment.
Customers requesting a change or rebooking must contact Together Hub, subject to availability. This is a default operational rule and should be confirmed against each booking service.
In short: Booking rules vary by offering, date, speaker, and applicable law.
12. Meeting, webinar, and speaker program
The Together Hub Meeting/Webinar Hosting & Speaker Policy applies to approved meetings, webinars, workshops, and educational events.
It covers:
-
Speaker approval and application requirements
-
Official Together Hub registration
-
Free annual meeting/webinar limits
-
Paid production and promotional services
-
Speaker preparation and technical requirements
-
Rehearsals
-
Accessibility
-
Professional conduct
-
Recording and replay
-
Intellectual-property permissions
-
Attendee information
-
Commercial and sponsored content
-
Speaker cancellations and no-shows
-
Rescheduling
-
Event approval and removal
Speakers are responsible for their content, permissions, disclosures, and professional obligations. Together Hub does not automatically own a speaker’s original materials.
If a speaker cancels or reschedules an event, the speaker is responsible for ticket refunds and associated costs attributable to that cancellation or rescheduling. Together Hub may process customer refunds and charge the responsible speaker for applicable processing, administrative, advertising, venue, technology, or other documented costs.
In short: Speakers must meet the hosting policy, and speaker-caused cancellations may create refund and cost responsibilities for the speaker.
13. Subscriptions and plans
Together Hub offers monthly, annual, and other plans as displayed at checkout. The applicable plan controls its price, billing period, access, renewal, and cancellation terms.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, turning off renewal stops future charges but does not automatically refund the period already paid. Memberships, dues, donations, setup fees, and service fees may be nonrefundable as stated at checkout or in the applicable policy.
Unpaid accounts may be suspended. Under the existing Together Hub Terms of Use, unresolved nonpayment may result in removal of accounts or content after 30 days.
In short: Subscription and plan rules depend on the selected offer and applicable law.
14. Community content and moderation
Together Hub supports accounts, groups, comments, reviews, forums, uploads, files, events, and member activity.
Content is reviewed when reported. Together Hub may remove content that violates these terms, the Content Terms, applicable law, safety standards, intellectual-property rights, or community standards.
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or malicious content.
In short: Customers remain responsible for their content, and reported violations may be removed.
15. Advice and educational content
Together Hub may provide content from subject-matter experts or licensed professionals covering areas such as business, finance, health, wellness, education, personal development, family, and community topics.
Content is general information unless a separate written professional relationship expressly states otherwise. It is not automatically legal, medical, tax, investment, financial, mental-health, or other personalized professional advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
In short: Educational content is not a substitute for individualized professional advice.
16. Promotional communications
Together Hub and approved participants may send promotional communications where permitted by law and according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. You may request removal from promotional communications by contacting info@togetherhub.us or using the available unsubscribe mechanism.
In short: Promotional messages follow applicable law and available opt-out choices.
17. Intellectual property
Together Hub’s website, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, videos, photographs, and other materials belong to Together Hub LLC or its licensors. You may use them only for the intended purpose of using the site and services.
You may not copy, sell, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Together Hub materials without permission.
In short: Together Hub content is protected and may not be reused without authorization.
18. Third-party services
Payment providers, suppliers, drop-shipping companies, speakers, instructors, event providers, and other third parties may have their own terms and policies. Together Hub does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for matters outside its control, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
In short: Third-party providers may impose additional terms and responsibilities.
19. Changes and availability
Together Hub may change, suspend, or discontinue loyalty features, services, rewards, or earning methods. Changes will not remove rights that cannot legally be removed or retroactively alter a completed transaction except for legitimate corrections, reversals, fraud, or legal compliance.
The website and services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, provider outages, or events outside Together Hub’s control.
In short: The program may change, but completed transactions and mandatory rights remain protected.
20. Disclaimers and warranties
The program, points, rewards, content, and related services are provided subject to applicable law. Together Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued reward availability, or a particular financial value for points.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer warranties, product liability, rights relating to death or personal injury, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or any right that cannot legally be excluded.
In short: Together Hub limits responsibility only to the extent the law allows.
21. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Together Hub LLC and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the program.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights, applicable product-liability rules, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.
In short: Liability limits apply only where legally permitted.
22. Suspension and termination
Together Hub may suspend or end access to the program for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, account violations, nonpayment, or operational reasons.
When the program is paused, customers cannot earn new points, redeem rewards, or newly join. Together Hub may state separately how existing rewards or balances will be handled if the program is permanently discontinued.
Sections concerning intellectual property, corrections, disclaimers, liability, disputes, privacy, and accrued rights continue after termination where appropriate.
In short: The program can be paused or ended, but accrued legal rights and obligations do not disappear automatically.
23. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, United States, except where mandatory law gives a customer stronger or different protections.
Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Little Rock, Arkansas, unless applicable consumer law permits the customer to use courts in another location.
In short: Arkansas law generally applies, but mandatory customer protections and local court rights remain available.
24. Changes to these Loyalty Terms
Together Hub may update these terms. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate website, account, or other notice channel, and renewed acceptance should be obtained where required.
The current version and its publication date should remain available to customers.
