9. Sales and Self-Promotion
Together Hub welcomes educational content that may naturally introduce attendees to a speaker's business, services, books, courses, products, or organization. However, meeting/webinars should provide meaningful educational or community value and should not function primarily as an unsolicited sales presentation.
A speaker may include a reasonable call-to-action at the end of the meeting/webinar, such as visiting a website, downloading a resource, contacting the speaker, purchasing a book, scheduling a consultation, learning about services, joining a course, or following a professional page.
Together Hub may require additional fees or a sponsorship/partner agreement for meeting/webinars that are primarily commercial, promotional, lead-generation, or sales-oriented.

Additional rehearsal, production planning, speaker coaching, technical direction, or live production support may be subject to an additional fee.
Speakers who fail to participate in a required rehearsal may have their event postponed or canceled.
12. Meeting/Webinar Recordings
Together Hub may record meeting/webinars. Before recording begins, attendees and speakers will be informed that the event may be recorded.

Separate written agreements may be required for extended commercial use, advertising, licensing, or other uses outside ordinary meeting/webinar operations.
Speakers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use third-party materials included in a recording.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, speakers retain ownership of original materials they create. Speakers grant Together Hub permission to host and display approved meeting/webinar materials as necessary to operate, promote, record, and provide the meeting/webinar.
Together Hub does not automatically obtain ownership of a speaker's presentation, course materials, books, photographs, or other intellectual property.
Speakers may not use Together Hub-owned materials, logos, trademarks, attendee information, or proprietary content without permission.

Speakers who wish to follow up with attendees should use approved Together Hub processes or obtain appropriate consent.
15. Recommended Speaker Pricing Philosophy
Together Hub does not attempt to compete directly with meeting/webinar software companies. The value Together Hub provides is broader than simply providing a video meeting room.
Together Hub may provide:
-
Community access
-
Event hosting
-
Registration
-
Event management
-
Promotion
-
Technology
-
Audience development
-
Recordings (access may take up to 72 hours)

Therefore, Together Hub's pricing is based primarily on service level and resources consumed, rather than simply charging for the number of minutes a meeting/webinar lasts.
16. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Together Hub may cancel or reschedule an event when the speaker fails to meet required deadlines; required materials are not submitted; the speaker fails to attend a required rehearsal; technical requirements are not met; the event does not receive sufficient registrations; the content violates Together Hub standards; or an emergency or technical issue prevents the event from taking place.
Speakers should provide at least 24 hour notice or as reasonably possible when requesting cancellation or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations may affect future meeting/webinar eligibility.
17. No-Show Policy
A speaker who fails to appear for an approved meeting/webinar without reasonable notice may lose the free meeting/webinar opportunity, be required to pay a rescheduling fee, be required to reapply, or lose eligibility for future free meeting/webinar opportunities.
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension from the meeting/webinar program.
18. Code of Conduct
All speakers, panelists, moderators, and attendees must maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, intimidation, sexual harassment, fraudulent activity, illegal activity, deliberate misinformation, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, and attempts to obtain private attendee information.
Together Hub may remove individuals from an event or suspend future participation when necessary.
19. Accessibility
Speakers should make reasonable efforts to make presentations accessible. Whenever possible, speakers should use readable presentation materials; avoid excessive text or rapidly changing visuals; clearly describe important visual information; speak clearly; provide presentation materials when requested; and notify Together Hub of accessibility needs in advance.
Together Hub will make reasonable efforts to support accessibility within the capabilities of its technology and resources.
20. Commercial, Sponsored, and Promotional Meeting/webinars
Together Hub may classify a meeting/webinar as a Commercial Meeting/Webinar when the primary purpose is selling products or services, recruiting customers, generating leads, promoting a company, promoting a paid course, promoting a financial product, promoting a business opportunity, promoting a political or advocacy organization, or advertising.
Commercial meeting/webinars may require a paid package or sponsorship agreement.
Together Hub reserves the right to determine whether an event is educational, community-based, commercial, sponsored, or promotional.
21. Application and Approval Timeline

Speaker and topic approved: 14 days before event
Promotional materials finalized: 7 days before event
Presentation materials submitted: 3-5 days before event
