We’re all about enhancing the lives of our members, and have compiled a list of answers to previously asked questions to make your experience with us all the more pleasant. What is together hub all about?

Yes. However, Together Hub is a secure private members only platform. Our goal is to have a safe secure

community that is working together to help each other achieve our goals. If you are interested in joining

sign up for a plan here and invite family and friends. 

CAN I POST ON TOGETHER HUb?

At Together Hub we have created a place for families and groups to get together and communicate privately without

numerous ads and other distractions, plan and fundraise for events, take courses, shop and showcase their businesses.  

what if I want my own family group?

Thanks for asking! Click here to donate to your family or group or if your feeling generous you can donate to Together Hub we use donations to provide scholarships, donate to veterans associations, provide fun challenges and prizes for families.

HOW CAN I donate to TOGETHER HUB?

You're in the right place. Yes, you can have your own family group where you can appoint a

family liaison to help approve and add members to your family group, manage the family wallet, create

contests/challenges, post events or announcements, fundraise, coordinate activities, and facilitate discussions.

what else can I do besides join and donate?

We have an awesome store with a wide variety of products to choose from or you can purchase a gift card.

There are lots of great gifts for you to purchase for friends, family or co-workers or treat yourself to something special.

if I shop in the together hub store what is your return policy?

Return policy

For products fulfilled by Together Hub LLC, customers are eligible for returns on undamaged items.

If you'd like to initiate a return please follow these steps:

1. Request Approval: Contact us to obtain a return authorization before sending back any product.

2. Return Conditions: Once approved, return the product with all original accessories, packaging, and the original receipt

(or gift receipt) within 10 days from the date you received your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

3. Refunds & Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing, banking, or card transaction fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

4. Return Restrictions: Returns are only accepted within the original country of purchase. Ineligible Items Include: Customized items, intimate clothing such as lingerie and swimming suits, sale items, memberships/dues, donations, open items without packaging or tags, and event tickets are not eligible for return. 

Warranty Claims: If your item or items purchased from Together Hub LLC is defective, contact us to submit a valid warranty claim.

Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. hAndling time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare and pack your items for shipment.

2. Shipping Time: After handling, shipping takes an estimated 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Please note that some items may be shipped separately generating two or more shipments, however you will only be charged for one shipment. 

3. Total Delivery Time: From order placement to delivery, the typical timeframe is approximately 5-8 days. Please note that this timeline may vary slightly based on location and external shipping factors such as weather or other external factors. 

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are currently a flat fee of $5.95 per order. For all orders over $100.00 we offer free shipping.

5. Order Tracking: We provide tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
